Chicago Woodturners Club - The Chicago area chapter of the AAW meets monthly in the Palatine, IL Woodcraft store.

Windsor Chair Resources - Provides a great deal of information on Windsor chair making and links to many artisans that specialize in this craft.

Irion Lumber Company - An excellent lumber source for mahogany and cherry. I just wish it weren’t so far from Chicago.
